During one of my road trip in Italy we decided to cross the country from West to East. We were precisely in Campania, discovering the beautiful Costiera Amalfitana and after that we planned a quick stay in Matera, Basilicata, not happy to go back home we decided to push our vacation even further reaching Puglia.
In the pacific I wanted to see Alberobello, literally “beautiful tree”, a small town near Bari. It has 10 735 inhabitants and is famous for its unique Trullo buildings. The trulli of Alberobello have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996.
