Certainly one of the best discovery of this year, in Cortina, the fresh new restaurant San Brite. This place used to be my favorite culinary destination in Cortina to buy cheeses and typical products of the area, rationally made by the family who owns the place called Latteria. Recently, they renewed the entire location which is a wooden chalet in the middle of the mountains.

The place is well designed and studied in each sigle detail, from the seats to the lights. Everything is perfectly balanced with the nature, that surrounds the restaurant; the food, of course, follows the same meticulosity, using only fresh and local ingredients, and creating gourmet dishes with a faithful mountain twist.
